Peter obtained a law degree from Northwest A&F University and a business administration degree from the University of British Columbia.
After graduating from UBC, he worked in a variety of business fields, including retail, wholesale, hotel, bank, etc. During this time, he has gained a great deal of practical experience in business across Canada and China. However, after experiencing life ups and downs, he decided to continue his legal career. After he passed National Judicial Examination in China, he articled with the biggest law firm in his hometown and primarily practiced family law, contract law and traffic accident dispute. He has regularly appeared before Basic People’s Court and Intermediate People’s Courts. During this time, he has accumulated valuable practical experience, which will help him to consult in China related cases.
At the beginning of 2019, Peter further obtained his regulated immigration consultant license and started to work for a local law firm in Calgary. During that time, he dealt with a varieties of immigration matters, such as ATIP application, home childcare provider program, inland and outside spousal sponsorship, student permit, work permit, etc. After that completing his NCA, he articled with a law firm in Calgary and gained exposure to a broad range of residential real estate and immigration.
Currently, he primarily practices real estate law and Canadian immigration law. He also offers notary public services.
